Visitor Visa - Provide ticket before?

My wife is applying to visit me on visitor visa.
I've provided letter of invitation, and available funds etc.

Flight tickets not listed as needed for application, but should I add them anyway?

Never confirm any flight tickets before any visa is approved! Visa application can be rejected.

Should I print anything as "Intended itinerary" with screenshot of airline, or also unnecessary?

No, just mention 1) the intended date for her arrival and departure, and 2) which places would you be bringing her to visit in the invitation letter.
