A person who has 2-3 years of work experience in India and wants to apply for Canadian visitor visa. Her age is 26 years.

She has 5 lakhs INR in account in Bank A and told her Dad to transfer 3 lakhs in Bank A.
In total, she now has 8 lakhs. She is going to provide Bank balance certifcate of Bank A showing 8 lakhs.

She has another account in Bank B where she recieves the salary from the employer.
She is planning to show 6 months of bank statement of this account as proof of funds/ salary proof which has 50K INR.

She is also going to submit proof of HER DAD Fixed deposit of 15 lakhs INR as support. Ofcourse she will submit the letter signed by her DAD that there is no issue in supporting her.

Do you think there is a red flag or risk involved as she is not showing bank statement of Bank A (instead showing bank balance certificate) and ONLY showing bank statement of Bank B which shows the salary credited ???

Rest all documents like payslips, experience letter, Invitation letter are in place.

So she's going to apply showing a bank balance in account B, that's the equivalent of $746 CDN? That's pretty much a non starter.

How long does she plan to visit Canada for?
Why does she need an experience letter if she's only coming for a visit?
Recent transfers into account A will probably be disregarded as an attempt to mislead IRCC on actual available finances. Make sure to include a gift deed for any transfers from her father.
Her father's bank balances are not considered for her application. There's no way to enforce her father supporting her.

Based on what you've provided, yeah, there's a bunch of red flags.
-age
-ties to India
-finances
-intent
-marital status

Bank B has low balance which is salary account
Bank A account is also on her name only which has Cad 12K.

She is coming for 3 weeks.
Experience letter to show ties in India. She is also going to provide no objection letter from employer to show stronger ties.

You specifically stated:

"Do you think there is a red flag or risk involved as she is not showing bank statement of Bank A (instead showing bank balance certificate) and ONLY showing bank statement of Bank B which shows the salary credited ???"

So is she showing both account balances or not? According to your question, she is showing $700ish for travel and costs only. Why hide any of the available funds from IRCC?

I personally believe it could be an issue and the visa officer could ask for statements of Bank A.

Bank balance certificate of Bank A will show 12K cad. But my question was if she does not submit bank statements of Bank A then is it fine ?

One of my friend applied with bank balance certificate itself and was approved. But in your scenario applying statements for one account and not for the other one is tricky
