How long do people normally get the decision inafter the below update for Tourist visa lodged in New IRCC portal.

I have applied for parents visitor visa . Eligibility review started a Week ago .applied on 23rd feb .any idea how long it will take to get a decision?

My sister sent her application on February 15 and got her passport request on February 24. However, My in-laws sent their application on February 9th, but haven't received any any further communication yet!
