Visitor visa/permanent Residency

• Wish to know the ways to get the permanent immigration while arriving on visitor visa.
• I am Doctorate (medical field) and Post-Doctorate experience with good communication skills. having experience more the 8 years. Possess blood relations in Canada too.
• Spouse's education is also Doctorate and Post Doctorate, experience more than 12 years in the same field, blood relations in Canada too.

Kindly suggest the way outs for getting the permanent residency.
