Visitor Visa over 6 month for Parent

Hi Experts,

I'm applying Visitor Visa over 6 month for my mother online. She's a widower and home maker, while me and my siblings live abroad There is a question "Do you depend on someone for financial support?". Not sure what to reply, yes or no. And how the answer will effect the application result.

No - if she has enough money and does not need any financial assistance from you or anyone else.
Yes - if she need financial help from you or anyone else. Also yes if you are paying for her travel, accommodation airfare etc.

If the answer is yes, CIC will ask for proof of financial resource of supporter which could include bank statement of that person, job details, income tax papers etc
