None, not citizen i am have work permit and want her to travel with me as dependent
So if child is still in high school or attending post secondary then a study permit. Look at requirements for a work permit depending on your wage and NOC and type of work permit.
How old is the dependent ?
And why weren’t they included in your initial application ?
IRCC is aware people don’t include people, then when they get here they attempt to apply for those not included initially
Btw . They aren’t a “ kid “ they are an adult
19 yrs and she was included as a dependent but didn’t know a visa application was required
What is your 19 year old’s plan for when they accompany you to Canada? Do they wish to study? Are they attempting to work? When does your permit expire?
Where applying from? She can try for a work permit based on your permit but with all the changes to LMIA and spouses (doesn’t include children) being eligible then want to be in high wage NOC. Good luck.
When does your permit expire? What type of WP? What NOC? Location? As indicated they can attempt to get a WP but it is not guaranteed.
