Visitor Visa + Open Work permit (still need to meet 6 month exit clause on visitor visa?)

Hi There,

My spouse is on Visitor Visa (10 year validity) and applied for Inland Spousal sponsorship PR. Its in progress.

She has received Open Work Permit recently. We need to know since she has now eligibility to work in Canada, does she still need to meet the visitor visa criteria of not being able to stay in Canada for more than 6 months in one go?

She isn't a visitor, so no. The work permit validity tells her how long she can stay.
