Visitor Visa Online Payment & Application Submission

Hello,

One of my friends is trying to apply online for TRV with in Canada. He uploaded all his documents but he can't see any option to pay and submit application.

Please help and share your experience !!

He needs to upload all his documents to see the "next" button. If he doesn't see it he is either submitting the wrong documents or they are incomplete. The system has no bugs in this regard.
