Visitor visa - online application questions

1. Representative form - 5713 >>> Should we fill, print, sign and scan it? Is sign required?
2. Family info from - 5645 >>> Should we print, fill names in native language, sign, scan, upload? Is native names and sign required?
3. Do they email for passport request or mail ? if mail, do they send by courier. My parents live in remote village area and not courier service.

I am in Canada and filling all the forms online but parents are in india. so applying from India technically.

Ok Thanks for the quick reply..so i can apply on behalf of my mother through cic ..and if all well ..can submit her passport to nearby vfs office.
