Visitor Visa Online Application for family

Hi Guys,
I needed your advice on applying visa for my family.
Me and my wife are planning to invite my parents and my sister to Canada; however I had some confusion.
Is it ok to apply for all the three of them in one single application?
Can my father act like a primary applicant and show funds for all three. My and my wife would also show some fund to sponsor their trip and stay.
Please advice.

Fill out the questionnaire and answer YES to the questions do you have a family member coming with you etc...something along those lines...I've never tried it but it may open up more options or forms for you in the end.
