Visitor visa of my sister

I want to take some advice regarding the temporary resident visa application of my sister to visit me on my convocation. The reason is i applied for my parents and brother before and they got visa but now i want to apply for my sister as she is just 15 years of old. What should i write in my invitation letter so thst i can get a visa.

Your invitation letter will not ensure that your sister gets a visa. She must prove she has strong reasons to return to her home country (enrollment in/attending a study program + financial support from your parents + any previous travel to the US, UK, EU etc would help)
