Visitor visa - no answer. work permit apply

I applied to extend my visitor visa 2 months ago and i wasn't get any answer yet. Does that take so long?

Me and my husband applied for endorsment under AIPP, and if everything goes well i i want to apply for a work permit, which documents i need to apply for?

My husband has a work permit for 2 years and he is already working for 7 months under Atlantic Intermediate-skilled program(LMIA). He took CELPIP exam. Is it mandatory for me to take English exam (CELPIP, IELTS) too, when we apply for Permanent resident after endorsement, if I am accompanying family member and not a Principal Applicant like my husband?

Do I have to translate all my highschool diplomas like him? Do I have to take medical exam and obtain criminal record from my country of origin?
