Visitor visa issue ( Urgent...please help)

Hello ,

I would appreciate any one can answer my question. today I got received my passport with 5 Years multi entrance visitor visa . I applied online and I submitted my bio-metric (fingerprint) in Cairo .

It is written in the visa that ....Issued at Ankara.....I never went to Turkey

any concern with that ? should I contact the embassy to ask about this ?
