Visitor visa - Implied status- Please help

Hi, currently I am living in Canada on visitor status which will end in the Month of August, Also I have applied for work permit in the month of June & the decision is still pending.

My concern is can I stay in Canada till I get my work permit or do I have to leave Canada by the end of august.

What if my work permit request gets rejected, do I need to leave Canada immediately.

You can stay until the WP gets an answer.

If the WP fails then you can either apply for a restoration of status, or leave as soon as possible from Canada.
