I haven't heard anything from PNP yet, I applied 9 months back and status shows it still under process (Employer pre-screening) My work permit is getting expired next month end of January 2016. Can go for visitor visa if I could not extend my work permit ?? How long it takes??

Well, with visitor visa you have to go out-of country. However, the PNP might take a while... with visitor visa you can not work and well... i would not go that route, although i see no legal restrictions to apply.

All of the provinces issued their nominations so no more for 2015 will start again after Jan 4 2016. I think you should call them they or email they will guide you

If u r dependent on pre screening and ur work permit is expiring. It is better u apply visitor visa bcoz u wont get work permit based on pre screening number but u will get visitor visa. Pre screening is slowest application in OPNP. Just make sure u have status when ur application is in process.

THANK YOU FOLKS!

HI, thanks for your response, so if even I'm on Visitor Visa My application will be under process, right ??

I have heard various opinions from different people, some say your application will be no longer valid some says it will be under process no matter what??

Please advice!
