No I didn't but I applied to for a class to attend during my visiting

What class? Any classes now require a study permit. Plus you can’t enter on a visitor visa without written travel authorization to reunite with family.

If it is this summer, you will most likely not be able to enter until travel restrictions are eased.

You can't enter the country. I find it hard to believe that a conference would continue if travel restrictions are still in place.

So this mean most of the visitors who aren't allow to come to the country would have to wait until the restrictions re lifted if I could get you right

Yes, you need to wait until restrictions are lifted because you can't enter only a visitor permit.

All conferences are cancelled or moved to virtual. Either you are being scammed or giving false information to IRCC.
