VISITOR VISA FROM INDIA

Good Morning,
Can anyone help me please ? I sponsored my spouse under family class from India. After received AOR , i applied his visitor visa under new policy on July 12, 2023. I received biometrics request same day. His biometrics was done on July 18, 2023. After that i didn't hear anything from IRCC. It's still says background check in process.
Processing time is 30 days. Please let me know what should I do ?

Similar timeline. Applied wife's visitor visa on 10 July 2023, after getting spouse sponsorship AOR, BIL & SA. Its been 37 days. No update.

Eligibility: Not started

Filled webform to add me as Representative on 4th August, document attached to file on 10th August, called today, they said officer haven't added you as Rep yet so can't give you any information. Dont know if agent is on vacation?

I filled webform as well. I applied visa through consultant and I don't even have login information and he is not helping either. Hope for best. If you get any update please let me know.

not started yet. Background check in progress. If I am calling IRCC , phone is not transferring to agent .

Even if you call they refuse to give any information unless you are authorized to access the information. This is what happens with me, an agent working on file is not even adding me on the file as Representative despite sending Use of Representative form. So I am not able to get any information on why it's being delayed.

No, unless you are added as representative or you have authorization to access the information.

I applied visitors visa from Saudi Arabia on27march2023, while checking the application status history it shows Biometric Completed, Eligibility Completed and Background verification progress started on 16May2023,still there is no updates afterwards.can you help me regarding this matter anyone please....

I applied for my family on Aug 15 for visitor visa but still no Update, everything is under process not sure what to do? Inquired via web from for couple of times but still nothing. Any suggestions?
