My brother is single 25 yr old wothout any travel history and rejection.He is B.A graduate amd working as custpmer support s8nce last 1 year.His salary is credited in his bank account.I am Pr canada and recently blessed by baby girl in canada.Is there any possiblty for him to approve for visitor visa if I applied for 2 weeks?

It will be difficult based on the situation you explained here. It will be good if he established some travel history as well as need to show a stable job with some amount in his pockets. In short he needs to show stronger ties to home country before applying TRV.
