I want to apply for visitor visa of my grandmother from India.
Is it must for me to show my financial standing say resources.
On her part, she is showing her own financial resources like Bank FDs, pension etc.

Your financial documents/employment letter/bank statement are not mandatory. These documents could help to some extent though.

On her part, she is showing her own financial resources like Bank FDs, pension etc.

Her finances must be easily available for the visit i.e. liquid finances.

Hopefully, she has a good bank balance (without borrowing from anyone) + the FDs are not locked-in/interest not payable on maturity
