Visitor Visa for wife and new born

Hi All,

please help me out !

I am a Canadian PR card holder and I recently moved to Canada since I lost my Job in UAE due to Corona. I got married in 2020 and had a baby girl in Jan 2021. But since I lost my job in UAE, I moved to Canada. My wife and Daughter hold Pakistani passport and I am from India.

I want to get my wife and new born baby to Canada on Tourist visa on immediate basis as there is no one to take of them in UAE.

what are my options? Please help me out. I need to support them and they cannot stay back in UAE without a valid residency permit.

I need to get them here so that I can take care of them.

How about they move back to Pakistan or India? The chances of your wife getting a Canadian TRV has not changed over the years.

But it takes around 12months.

Yes but the issue is she is your wife and chances of a TRV are slim because you are married. Visa officers want proof your family is not moving permanently. But visitor visa processing from UAE is over a year too.
