My Parent-in laws will be applying for visitor visa they are living india. They dont have any international travel history. My wife is going to invite them. We will be showing both our accounts bank statements to show we can support them.
Father in law is retired and he needs to be present to collect pension every month
Brother in law lives with them and Mother-in law teaches yoga classes in school.
Both Father-in law and mother-in law will provide bank statements to show 10k cad for each of there account. Plus agriculture land documents with farming and selling crops which they need to visit every 3-4 months.

Note- In 2025 there visas were rejected twice because 1st time we didnt provide any other documents accept just my own bank statements and they showed 3k cad statements but no other documents and second rejection was most probably because we submitted application within 6 months of rejection. This we are submitting after 9-10 months. We want to make sure we are not missing any information.
Our Canada Status - My wife is Permanent resident and I am Canadian Citizen.
We will provide
- Father’s in-person proof of living for pension and Pension document
- Mother’s Yoga Instructor at School (Employment letter and Salary credited bank statements)
- Agriculture Land Valuation Notarized Document
- Both parents bank account 3 month statements with 10k CAD balance each
- Canada both Husband and Wife -Employment letters and bank statements

Other than this do i have to submit or correct anything else???

How long is visit? Keep it to 2 weeks since bank balances are low with no family ties to return to. Wait a month because want 4 months of bank statements. Hopefully not large deposits over the past few months.

Not sure yoga is viewed as a strong tie. Consider only one parent applying if they are refused for a 3rd time.

Your personal documents don't relate to parents-in laws in a TRV application, they need to show their own funds, ties, etc.

Yoga classes as employment is a tie but not strong sure.

Consider a super visa, it's more feasible in this case.
