Hi i have a pr and want to invite my spouse with visitor visa. Once here, we will apply for her pr card(in land). My spouse is working back in India but her current employer is reluctant to provide Leave Without Pay to her. Could you please let me know if my spouse resigns will there be any problem with her Visitor Visa processing?

It will reduce ties if she is unemployed at the time she submits the TRV application. There is no guarantee the TRV will be approved so my recommendation would be to keep the job until she knows if the TRV was approved or not.
Note that she will be applying for PR when she gets here (you will be sponsoring her as your spouse). She won't be applying for a PR card.
