Visitor visa for my sister

Hi
I had applied for my sisters visitor visa and today I got rejection mail. Is it because of the current situation ? But then rejection letter does not states so. Also she is practicing as a gynaecologist consultant and has leave letter from her hospital which was attached. Could you please guide what needs to do next.

Unless you provide the reasons for rejection (the letter) then nobody here will be able to help you properly. It would not be because of the current situation.

Today I have received a letter saying it’s rejected because
1 not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident and
2. Not satisfied that you ll leave Canada at the end of ur stay as a temporary residence based on ur personal assets and financial status

I have submitted her leave letter and payslips

What was the reason for #1 (based on....)?

2. What are her assets that you showed? How much money did you show she has in the bank? She needs to be able to have strong ties to home (real estate/business/job/family) and an ability to fund this trip on her own and have enough savings left over afterwards. These are the points you will have to improve, as well as whatever they said for point 1.

What evidence did she show to demonstrate proof of ties to her home country?
How much did she show in funds to support her trip?
How long a trip did she request?
Has she previously traveled to countries requiring visas?
Is she living in her home country or in a country where she only has temporary residency?
