i am on pr visa in Canada and working as a owner operator( Trucking).My family income is $55000/year. I want to sponsor my married sister on visitor visa to Canada. Her husband is working as a software engineer and has a bank balance of 30 lakh INR ( 18 lac in the account of my sister and her husband joint account) and rest in FD ( Joint with Her husband and Father In Law). Her father In-Law holds property worth 1.5 Cr( plots, land, house) in India.Her father In Law holds additional funds up to 15 lac individually. One thing more is, my sister want to visit alone with her 6 months old daughter. So what are the chances of getting visa?
