Visitor Visa for Mother and Maternal Grandmother - Canada

Hello Friends,

I am in Canada (Indian) since Mar'22 and have a work permit status. I am applying for my mother and grandmother's visitor visa - Canada.

1. From my end, I will adding sponsoring/invitation letter. However, if my mother applies from India then can she prepare 1 cover letter for herself and my grandmother?

2. My grandmother is 86, so, is there any issue for her to get visitor visa?
