Visitor visa for brother and family

Hello all,
I want to apply for a visitor visa for my brother & family.
In the new portal, it is required to give proof of relationship.
There are a few questions around it -
1. My birth certificate is in Hindi, would it be recognized for the visa application?
2. I have Canadian passport now, so the father's name is not there. Also, my last name had changed upon my marriage.
3. My marriage certificate (from India) has declaration of name change, along with my parent's name. Would this suffice as a proof of relationship?

Please let me know..any help would be great!

@Naturgrl - can Marriage certificate and OCI (Oversees Citizenship of India) be considered as valid proof of relationship?
