Hi, I am a Canadian citizen and I want to invite my Aunt on my wedding. That needs to apply for a visitor visa.My question is, she should apply from home country or I should apply for her visit visa from Canada. which is a better option ? How much are the chances that a visa ll be issued ?

She is the principal applicant so she is the one that should apply.

Chances can only be assessed by the corresponding Visa Office.

Thanks for the quick response. Another quick question, can my mother and I both ( sign ) send the invitation letter ? what document can be used as a proof of relation ?

Yes, both can sign (one is more than enough though).

Birth certificate where parents are the same. Make sure it is in English or a certified translation.
