Visitor visa for an express entry applicant.

My sister had an active express entry profile since march. Last week contacted a lawyer to apply for visitors visa on her behalf.

The lawyer first withdrew the express entry profile.

She received her biometric letter request from the lawyer but the lawyer did not use her CIC account.
My question is, Is it possible to get a biometric letter request without the lawyer using her CIC account?

Authorized representatives have their own special portals to manage multiple clients, so it's possible.

LOL even if the lawyer withdrew the EE profile, it's still on record that your sister had one. Having an active EE profile shouldn't affect one's chances of a TRV.

Your sister wouldn’t qualify to enter Canada at the moment given the travel restrictions.
