We applied for extend my daughter's stay in Canada, because I applied for open work permit for one year. I paid for my and my spouse 150$ for work permit each, and for my kids visitor extension visas 100$ each. I got mine and my spouse open work permit and I got my kids the entire application package for the reason: that we have not submitted the applicable fee in the amount 100$. I paid for this amount again and sent it again, bet still don't have any information. And I can't link to online because it was paper application. Should I have to fill a new application? I am lost with this situation.
