I got my 2nd visitor visa extension refused on 6th Feb, which I applied for on 6th Dec, they took 2 months to decide, my 1st extension was valid till 8th dec, so I am guessing I was “out of status“ from 6th Feb (date of decision) or 8th Dec (expiry of 1st extension)
Now I am out of Canada, as the refusal letter said leave asap, I left on 3rd March which is within 30 days of the refusal, so my question is do I have to restore my visa for future visits since I complied and already left Canada as instructed in the letter?
Other question is was I suppose to notify an officer at the airport that I am leaving Canada so they log my departure and that I have complied
Can someone please let me know if I am suppose do apply for restoration or no and if I would be able to visit Canada in future without issues, my total stay was 1yr and 3 months, how long should I wait before I visit again?

Restoration is for people IN Canada trying to legalize their status.

No, you didn't need to notify anyone.

You should wait at least 6 months and reestablish strong ties to your country.
