Hey everyone,

I'm from a visa exempt country and I'm currently applying for an extension of my visa so we can submit our sponsorship visa with my partner.

I obtained an extension of my visa in February and I have to reply for another extension soon. On page 2 it asks me 'if applicable provide the document number for the most recent visitor record provided to you'. On the paper of the extension they gave me they are two different numbers on the right corner of the page which I have no clue what they are.

The one starts with 2 letters and 9 digits and the other one with 1 letter and 9 digits. I'm confused with one is the document number they are asking.

Does anyone know?

I would really appreciate your help :)

Thank you

So you can't have a visa but you want to extend a visa?

You are applying for an extension of your visitor status.

That one.

I came to Canada with no visa as I'm from an exempt country visa. Then I apply for an extension and received one for 6 months. That one expires the 31st of August. So I have to reply for another extension now. I have a paper called 'Visitor Record' but there are 2 different numbers one the right corncer. So I have no clue which one is the document number they want.

The one is two letters + 9 digits
The other one is one letter + 9 digits

Now I saw your answer for the 1 letter + 9 digits :) thank you so much :)
