Visitor visa denial

we have a valid visitors visa (wife,husband and two children), we were blessed with another child who was born with Down syndrome (she has no health issues) and she was denied a visitors visa twice reason be
1) Travel history
2) prove of return to country of residence
3) Relationship with the host

We had addressses all the above issues and the only reason left to believe is mayb because of her condition.

I want to reapply for her again as we love going to canada for our holidays and we have family members there.what are my chances?what will you advice me to do

Hi all
Am so happy that after many trials ,I finally ordered for the notes and my gut feeling was right, she was been refused coz she has Down syndrome
My sister went to complain to her MP n she did a supporting letter for my child and within 2 days, her visa was approved for 8yrs (until when her passport was expiring)

Just to encourage anyone else in similar situation,don’t give up, provided you are honest n have all your papers in order anything is possible
