visitor visa delayed- Nepal applicant

I have applied for visitor visa. submitted all the required documents and medicals done as per cic request. since then no update. its been almost a month.
is there any problem for nepal applicants. if somebody faces similar delay please share your experience. Thank you. it was online application

It's not unusual for processing to take a few months. There's really nothing you can do but wait.

but usually the processing time for TRV is 9 days for delhi visa office. we filed our application almost 40 days ago. do u think its unusual?

Do you have a military or political office type background...these get delayed with extra checks being carried out.
