Visitor visa delay

We have applied for a trv on 24april and still the tracking shows its under process
As we are going there to participate at a competition for our child we are accompanying him and 11 June is departure so pls advise what to do.we have submitted all our required documents and confirmed air ticket s nd accommodation booking .

We have an invite from the event organiser too that is submitted.anxiety for the child is building up.pls help
