Visitor Visa - Clarification regarding proof of funds

Hi All,

My dad is in the process of applying Visitor Visa and I'm a permanent resident from an year.

He had fixed deposits in his name, which has been closed and moved to Savings account last week to liquidate the funds. He now has sufficient balance in Savings account.

Question: Since he has to provide bank statements of 4 to 6 months, will this be an issue since there is sudden influx of money? [However, the FD was also in his name. Not borrowed]

Whatever you mentioned here just put a note in word doc and attached along with financial documents
