Your previous UK stay will not help for your Canada TRV.

Have USA tourist visa for 10 years , been to Malaysia and UAE.
Depending on the passport you hold, you might be eligible for CAN+ processing.

Have you visited the US? If yes, what was the duration of your stay?
Your travel to Malaysia and UAE do not help.

Your chances of approval will depend on your purpose and length of intended visit + your strong ties to your country of residence + your financial personal situation, etc

First of all very thank you for your input
Yes I have visited USA for 12 days as I went to celebrate my daughters first birthday and came back.

Strong ties to my countrie would be my family i.e wife daughter and a son .
My factory or business
And what is this CAN+processing .
Can’t they consider this US and UK travel history in good record as I could possibly slip in there if I would like to.
Just asking my friend.
Thanks again

I’m planning for short visit of 7-10 days that what my budget allow .

1. What is the purpose of your visit?

2. Do you have a Canadian host? If yes, who?

3. Do post the list of documents you intend to submit

I’m purely going for pleasure i.e travel .
Yes I do have a Canadian host , he is my collage friend and ready to send me invitation letter , but I doubt it will make my case weak .
Suggest me I use his letter of invitation or not.
My documents will be:-
Passport copy of my kids .
My 3 year IT returns
My firm GST
6 month old bank statement of my saving account and firm account.
vehicle and land paper on my name .

You can include the invitation letter from your friend. That said, you must prove you can pay for the entire visit + airfare without depending on your friend/ without borrowing from anyone in your home country/ your company funds cannot be included for your visit.

You must also prove you have a well-thought purpose of visit i.e. a detailed day-by-day plan. It won't work if you simply say that you want to visit the Niagara Falls, for example.

You would need to include evidence to show your business is registered and actively trading + your other personal and professional ties.

I recommend you go through this forum for suggestions (for demonstrating your business ties, family ties, property ownership, etc)..... and then re-post the new list of documents that you intend to submit
