visitor visa - background check duration

applied for visitor visa on Feb 14th,

I'm a US Asylee with a well paying job and a wife in the states (CA bay area) , want to visit Canada since feb, my application has been in background check process since apr 15th, when should I be expecting my visa?

also I have Iranian origin.
