Ask in the visitor visa section. Include status of spouse too (student, PR, worker).

I've sent two messages through the webform and sent the consent letter to my MP to look into the case. My wife and I have made a tremendous effort to exercise patience and to be understanding about the current IRCC delays. However, we have reached a point where our emotional well-being is being affected by this situation.

Can you please share with me the new portal of IRRC where I can apply visit visa for my parent?
If I pay biometric fees it means my parent can visit local office to give biometric without any letter. ????
