No, they need to apply to esta here https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ . Its online process and is normally approved in 48hrs.

Processing times also passed ..Anyone aware how long still it might take ?

I got same reply from my local Canadian immigration office (Lagos, Nigeria). I applied since June21st,2018.submitted biometrics July 16,2018. I was also made known that my application is in London office. Unfortunately till date I have not heard from them and my program have already commenced last week.

Whats up with the 58 days precossing time. No other country requires this long to precess a trv from. Can anyone shed some light on why the processing time for trv from uk is 58 days now?
