Sent webform but only got one reply. Stating that it's still on process.

IRCC website not clear if processing time is for Singapore nationals, or anyone applying from Singapore. Processing time for Indian nationals, for example, is currently 147 days.This is a recent update; whe I applied ( Mar 22), it was 34 days only. Not sure how this is going to impact our process.
Mine is from Bangladesh and it's being processed in Singapore. 117 days as per website. I did consider but given my travel dates are next month and the updated processing times at 108 days.. not sure if I want to now.Did you consider reapplying? Given you have waited a long
now it shows 103 days; my one completed 102 days today. If they are reducing the no of days, then your one must have been covered. But I too have no confidence on reapplying. Did you consult any expert/agency on this? I am running out of ideas. Yea I did check with my company’s immigration team and they did ask me to hold off on reapplying..now it shows 103 days; my one completed 102 days today.
