Visitor Visa Applied for 4 , Biometric Appointment Letter Only Recived for 2 , Been Over 2 Weeks now

Hey Guys
Im applying for a Tourist Visa for Canda from India Online

Hey guys.

I applied for Visa for Me, my Wife, My Brother and my Mother.
On 05.01.2023.

Payment went Through Okay and
I got a Submission Confirmation on the Same day for all 4
And BIL for me and my wife Only for the Same Day

And Successfully Submitted it on 09.01.2023 at VFS Office in Mumbai

But No Update for my brother and mother.

Is there any issue with their Details or Payment?
Or any other reason their BIL is delayed or Should I Wait for their Letter?

Did they apply separately from you? How old is your brother? They would have applied separately from you and not within the same application. If so, that may be the reason.

All of us Applied together Under one Application with me being the Family representative.
Then we all 4 Different Application Numbers.
My Wife (26) and I (26) got BIL on the same Day

My Brother (21) and Mother (51) Did not get it as yet, Been 2 Weeks
My wife and I completed our Biometrics yesterday.

You can wait or they reapply because they can’t apply under your application. Your mother and brother have to show their own funds, travel history and ties to home country as they are independant of you.

What about the payment?
Will they Refund that or anything?

IRCC will let you apply because they don’t determine whether you filed correctly. If application has not begin review then you should be able to get a refund. There is an IRCC refund page. I assume this is the issue because they have not received BIL.

As you read in the link, you can apply as a family for your spouse and children under 22.
