Creating this thread for applicants who submitted their Canada Visitor Visa applications in June 2026

Kindly share your application timelines to track current processing trends. If possible, please include:

• Application submission date
• Biometrics completion date
• Passport Request (PPR) date
• Passport submission date
• Visa stamping / passport return timeline

My timeline so far:

Application submitted: June 7, 2026 (Parents’ Canada Visitor Visa application – India)
Biometrics: Already valid until 2029 and automatically updated on the same day after submission
Current status: No updates received since submission (no ghost update yet)

Current posted processing time shows 22 days, so waiting for the next update and hoping to hear something soon.
 
Applicants: Father, brother
Previous visitor visa refusal: Father on 4 grounds, Brother on 3 grounds

Country: India
Submitted: June 29, 2026
Biometrics: Already valid from past application

Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Current status: No updates received since submission (no ghost update yet)

Hi all,
Below is my spouse's current TRV timeline

Applicant: Spouse
Previous visitor visa refusal: Once back in July 2025, reason (Generic - lack of home country ties and financials additionally we weren't married then, so she applied the visa for tourism purpose.)

Country: India
Submitted: June 12, 2026
Biometrics: Already valid from past application
Status: No movement thus far on the application, it's been over 20 days now.

I'm a Cdn citizen, who's also parallel sponsored her for PR (outland,) back in May this year, but we haven't also got any AOR as of yet.

Fingers crossed and waiting patiently, and good luck to all the one's out there genuinely wanting be unified with your immediate family:)
