Visitor Visa - Application status

Hi,

I posted earlier as well. This is about my application that I submitted on the 13th Nov'15. I have not heard anything on that yet. Initially I was receiving mails stating that my status has changed and on logging in there was no change. Now I do not receive those mails as well. Its been 10 days now and there is no update on the application.

I tried calling the embassy and they just refuse to share any information on any application. I do not have any idea about the visa process as I have applied for Canada for the first time.

Request you to tell me what is happening with the application.

I have applied online TRV below is mine timeline;

12/Nov/2015: Applied Online
13/Nov/2015: Your application(xxxxxxx) has been updated
16/Nov/2015: Your application(xxxxxxx) has been updated
17/Nov/2015: Your application(xxxxxxx) has been updated
19/Nov/2015: Your application(xxxxxxx) has been updated
21/Nov/2015: Your application(xxxxxxx) has been updated

But actually there is no update when i logged on to check my cic account.

we are facing same issue. plz update me if you received any update regarding your visa

hi yup..

you are like 9 days over if we consider only days... but I believe they don't count weekends i.e saturday sunday.. if we take that part you are only 6 days over as like you said you applied on 12. you should expect something on 25-26 of November.

mine is same like that but I applied on 15 november.. so I am also expecting something on 24-27 of november...

You can check the average processing time here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/visitors.asp#asia

You could get decisions faster/longer than this. CIC/CVACs do not work on weekends. Visa offices will not respond to phone calls for TRV processing updates

just 2 emails which says your application has been updated and i'ts new delhi.

I have received my passport request just now
