Hi Everyone,

I start this topic in regards of my wife's visitor visa application.

I am current leaving in Regina, Canada and my wife is in Pakistan. We have our anniversary in January and we are planning to celebrate together in Canada. Now the caught. I have already applied for PNP PR in June and got my AOR in August but as PR process is running (actually slowly walking), i don't expect my PR before next April or May. Now to make my situation worst currently i am on implied status.

My wife already applied 3 times in past but got rejected every time with one reasons that she won't comeback again. So this time i am looking for a good lawyer who can help me making her application file.

Any suggestion and advice will highly appreciated

Thanks

Unless you made a terrible mistake in the past three applications or, your situation has dramatically changed since the last rejection, no lawyer will help you get this sorted out.

I would recommend going to Pakistan and celebrate over there.

Start preparing your Family Class application and be sure to include the Open Work Permit application that is available. If you don't do that you will be risking more than a year of being able to see each other in Canada.

Hi Jalex,

How true that if you are rejected once or twice you should wait about 6 to 1 year before re applying again? Is this true? Maybe a friend of mine she had a point because the refusal is still fresh?

Thanks for your insigths about this.

It depends on the situation. What were the refusal reasons? How many times has she actually applied (once? twice?) and how far apart were these applications (what were the application dates)?

I agree there is no point reapplying and hiring a lawyer won't help.

However the OP can't submit a Family Class sponsorship application since he isn't a PR hiself yet (he has just applied for PR at this point through PNP). I assume his wife has been included as a dependent in his PR application and will receive her PR visa at the same time as he does.

Thanks for your comments

Now i can't go to my country as i am on implied status and don't have visa also.

So the last and only option i have to call my wife.

She is also a included in my PR Application.
