On Tracker there is no update, it still shows Eligibility as Not started.

What date is shown on tracker? When you login at top right corner there are two dates one is updated on and second last login. So what is updated date there?

Received passport request for my father 30 mins back. Am I right to assume that application is approved? On portal status is In Progress, & on Tracker it still shows Eligibility as Not started.

No update for my mother yet.

Now it shows final decision as "Your application was approved...." Eligibility & Background still shows to be under review, although I know it has no meaning now.

It is something like ircc portal where you can see the progress of your application. It is not kinda out dated these days. No need to creat account

Any updates for anyone? This is getting frustrating. I know that refusals are usually sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Panicking for tomorrow now.

to clear your superstitious about the days, let me share that my wife and kids got approval on 26th Jun, which was Thursday.

Me and my wife, applied from Malaysia
When we submitted application the processing time was 39 days, last week was 29 days and today I checked, its 27 days.
Most of the PPR requests comes in 3rd or 4th week in Malaysia and some on 37th and 39th day as well. Same goes for rejections, no specific patterns but it could be any day or any date.

Here are the details
Application & Payment date: 15th May 2025

BIL Letter issued for Wife: 16th May 2025
Biometrics Submitted: 19th May 2025
Biometrics Completed: 22nd May 2025

BIL Letter issued for Husband: 23rd May 2025
Biometrics Submitted: 26th May 2025
Biometrics Completed: 26th May 2025

Current Status:

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.
• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Based on the date I submitted my application (22 May), the 27 day timeline (as updated recently) suggests I should be receiving an update today (18 June). However, I have yet to receive any notification.

Therefore, I believe it's important for everyone to understand that our applications will likely be processed according to the timeline that was applicable during the week of our submission, not necessarily based on the latest updated timelines.

To everyone waiting, be patient and refer to the processing window that was communicated at the time of your submission. Updates may vary depending on operational backlog and procedural adjustments I believe.

Husband: No updates yet, still under background check since 26 May
