What is citizenship and countries live in? 29 days isn't a long time to be "stuck". Being stuck in background check is 6+ months.

I am not stuck. I am saying that saying your background check is not "stuck" after only 29 days.

Younare right but this is first time for us. We often apply for our family members and background check completed soon after biometrics.do you have any idea how long it take after background check completed?

I applied for one of my clients from India. I applied for him on May 13, 2025. Biometrics- May 23, 2025. Updated on May 31, 2025. No updates after that.

My father in law got approval from India, and it was Thursday. So the days don’t matter at all.

I only mentioned that because my cousin applied for her brother father and her sis in law and others. 100% of them were refusals on Tuesday and Thursday and approvals on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. They have an algorithm if you really do your research and look into it

This is as per India time or Canadian time (& which time zone if Canadian time)?

Not much, but it seems there is a slight change is status for eligibility for my parents. It now says "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.". If I remember correctly, initially it said "We will inform you when we start checking eligibility" or something similar.

They applied on 26-May. Biometric request for my mother came on 2nd June & Biometric submitted on 18th June. For my father Biometrics are still valid for few years from last visa.

It still does not display any "Estimated Completion Date".

Received passport request for my father 30 mins back. Am I right to assume that application is approved? On portal status is In Progress, & on Tracker it still shows Eligibility as Not started.

No update for my mother yet.

Got letter in messages section of portal (informed about it through email), but no change in individual status.

No worries, portals are playing these days. Actual thing is that you get through your email and msg. Congratulations once again.
