I did submit another web form with inquiry last Friday and got the same automated reply that they are still processing the applications and trying to go through them as quickly as possible, and will contact me if they need anything.

Samething with us, we applied 19 july still have NO response.
Just dont get it. Putting on hold for that long.

Have you gotten a response yet? I unfortunately received a refusal letter on Oct 27th.

I applied on July 10, 2026. I know, but what can you do. I also have an active outland spousal application for my husband, and he had a previous TRV for Canada from earlier this year too, so they refused saying that the nature of visit might not be temporary.

Not yet! This week IRCC’s processing wait time for TRV from Pakistan increased to 78 days, which have also been completed today for me, but no response. Honestly, it’s been such a frustrating wait.

In 2026, I applied for my sister in May, and she received her PPR in September. Since the processing time for Pakistan had already passed, I raised one webform to follow up on her application.

For my mother-in-law, I applied on October 24, 2026. Her biometrics were completed on October 28, and she received her PPR on November 3, 2026. I didn't raise any webform for her.

I have also applied for my mother and brother in the past, and both received their visas successfully. So far, I haven't experienced any issues or major delays with any of the applications, except for my sister's application, which took longer (May to September 2026).

I would suggest raising another webform or asking your local MP to contact IRCC on your behalf, especially if your application has gone beyond the normal processing time.
