I just want to ask if the visitor visa application is still online as of today and is it still through IRCC portal?

Also, do we need to print the IMM forms, scan them, then upload them on the portal? Thank you

Not on the new portal no, you just fill it directly

Do you have to make the new portal under your own name?(the one who is residing in Canada) or under the visitors name?

I believe the visa applicant should have his own IRCC account and apply using that one
