I am an international student. My husband applies for a visitor visa (for 15 days). He provided sufficient funds approval, job certification, and property ownership. The application was rejected twice, first time because of not sufficient ties with home country, second time because of too strong ties with Canada. What tips can you give to strengthen his visa application (may be in particular letter of explanation)?

I am taking diploma program and I will graduate in April 2026. He applies to visit me on Christmas 2025.

He may not be able to visit you. You may need to visit him over the holidays

He doesn't have strong tie with home country and too strong tie with Canada.
Until you return home to China, this fact will not change.
