I am applying for a visitor visa to visit my husband ( my PR application is in process) who is living in Canada as a Citizen. I'll be traveling by myself to visit my husband. In the family information form, they ask if my husband is "accompanying me to Canada ". Is that a yes or not ? My husband won't be traveling with me.

Accompany means if people will "go with you or travel with you". Your answer should be NO as your husband is already in Canada.
